Moebius Ranger?
R/A
[Golden Fox Strike][Wild Strike][Death Blossom][Moebius Strike (elite)][Lightning Reflexes][Dwarven Stability][optional][optional]
Any improvements/tips?
usually only use this in NM for fun, sometimes vanqs.
Any reason why this wouldn't work? Obviously it is more efficient on a sin because of Critical Strikes attribute.
Zealous Daggers, +30hp, 15^50
Mainly Radiant/ Attunment runes with Vigor Rune, +2 expertise (+1 head, +1 minor rune)
Expertise 12+1+1
Dagger Mastery 12
(If using shadow refuge/ death's charge)
Expertise 10+1+1
Dagger Mastery 12
Shadow Arts 8

Attributes? Equipment/Armor? Procedure?
I have a Ranger character who has cobwebs in her hair. I would be interested in invigorating her play.

Critical strikes is just an energy attribute, exp covers that. You can stack critical agility with dash but that's about it. Only real disadvantage is smaller blossoms without a rune, but it's minor.
Mindbender for IMS? Prolly not worth it... or just throw fallback/incoming somewhere or the warrior henches. I like party speed buffs for most PvE anyway.

careful about that. Granted there is an engery return on the primary attribute, it does increase the chance of a critical strike which does increase base dmg.
Critical Hit
Excluding runes and a similar weapon attribute stat, the sin's primary attribute should result in a higher base damage than the Ranger.

Except dagger base damage is a joke, especially against high armor, plus moebius is mostly about blossom AoE.

which is a tangent unto itself. You mentioned critical strikes is just an energy attribute but there's obviously a little more to it regardless of target AL.
Now based on what you just said, to meet the condition of Moebius, you need the target below 50% to start the recharge cycle so base dmg and skill based + dmg comes into play. Yet again in the favor of a sin even if we're still at the same attribute levels for the weapon (marginal but still in favor).
Not saying a R/A isn't viable and I've have played a many variations myself but think this is a bit of an apples/oranges situation.

Pun intended, I see?
Anyways, I will try this.

Instead of lightning reflex and moebius put escape to have a costant (with dwarven stabilty) 75% evade attack.

You would seriously give up a 2/3 active 33% IAS/75% block and take out Moebius for a permanent 33% IMS/75% block? Aegis is your friend.
